学生成长 教师先行——市中区新生代小学数学教师培训班之课堂观察

为了更好地促进青年教师的成长,老师们一直都在不断地学习、思考、探索着课堂观察,1022上午8:30市中区新生代小学数学老师齐聚艺校,谈教论学,共话成长,共同参与2020年新生代小学数学教师培训班”之课堂观察活动。

 

出席本次活动的领导及嘉宾有:乐山艺术实验学校校长王红兵,小学部副校长苟华安,市中区教师发展中心数学教研员肖晓平老师,徐家扁小学的数学教师、教科室副主任,乐山市市中区中心教研组成员,四川省教育学会小学数学专委会成员刘飞雁老师。新建小学教科室主任,乐山市骨干教师杨念东老师,“数之美”校级名师工作室主持人,徐家扁小学省级骨干教师李桂平老师,以及市中区新生代小学数学老师们。

 

我校校长王红兵对本次活动致辞,王红兵校长对各位老师的到来表示热烈的欢迎,向大家介绍了艺校的教学成绩和校园文化建设,并祝愿本次活动圆满举行。

 

新桥小学的杨建刚老师,和艺校六年级(2)班的同学们带来《数与形》展示课

 

杨建刚老师执教的《数与形》一课,教态自然、语言亲切,上课前与学生亲切交流拉近距离,课堂上积极引导学生思考,鼓励大家踊跃发言,整节课本着先易后难的原则,通过点拨指引,化繁为简,在学生讨论交流中共解困惑,同时也兼顾了学生在课堂中的情感体验。

 

我校刘洪伶老师和四年级(2)班的同学们带来《条形统计图》展示课

 

刘洪伶老师执教的《条形统计图》一课以学生熟悉的生活情境引入课题,教师为学生搭建研创学习的氛围,在学生的交流中,思辨中,主动构建出了条形统计图。通过学生仔细地观察,大胆地质疑,从不同的角度对数据进行分析,模着力培养学生数据分析观念。通过比较观察体会条形统计图的特点,感知数据会说话。鼓励学生自主探索,积极参与小组讨论,引导学生学会总结,细心审题,懂得“一字值千金”,将教学与德育融合在课堂中,真正体现了“学生是学习的主体”的教学思想。

 

杨念东老师对《数与形》展示课进行了点评指导:杨念东老         师总结了《数与形》一课的教学方法与特点,称这堂课的结构感非常强,突出了研创课的特色,授课老师对本堂课的知识点把握十分到位,学生生成的知识也最为牢固,对杨建刚老师润物细无声的教学方式给予了肯定。最后,杨念东老师分享了一个实用的教学方法:让学生愿意选择学习方法,让学生能选择学习方法,让学生会选择学习方法。

         

李桂平老师对《条形统计图》展示课进行点评指导:李桂平老师表示《条形统计图》一课体现了以人为本的教学特点,授课老师精心设计教学环节,激发了学生的学习兴趣,鼓励学生讨论交流,引导学生关注局部细节,学会推测推断,促进学生学会尊重事实,养成用数据说话的态度,授课老师关注学生知识生成的同时,也关注到学生情感价值观的体验,激发同学们的情感认同。

 

两位老师的示范课让大家感触颇深,观课议课更是让大家获益匪浅。看看老师们满满的笔记,就知道大家听的有多认真。

 

刘飞雁老师为大家带来讲座:借课堂助力,拔节成长——我与公开课的不解之缘。刘飞雁老师向大家讲述了自己参与公开课的经历,分享了自己从公开课和平时教学过程中收获的经验,刘飞雁老师表示,公开课是一次磨砺人的机会,鼓励大家要抓住机遇,增强技能,立足课堂,促进学生思维发展,切实提升教学质量。

要想让学生学会思考,善于动脑,就要在日常的教学活动中充分发挥学生的主体作用,大胆放手,让学生在质疑中寻求解决的策略,发散思维,真正做到自主学习。本次培训活动拓宽了老师们的教学思路,进一步转变教学观念。老师们抒发的意见和建议值得每一位老师去反思,去实践,大家且行、且思、且收获。
